Health and Wellness varies from person to person; what works for one person may not work for another.
It is as individual as our fingerprints. We decide who we are and who we want to be.
There are times when we do not feel like ourselves, and that is completely normal. However, you may feel this constant pull on your life to be more or do something different for yourself.
Maybe it is to go out to meet new people. Maybe it is to spend less time working and more time with family. Maybe it is to change careers completely. Or maybe you just want to start a new hobby or learn a new skill.
That’s where a health coach can be useful.
Because change isn’t always as easy as we think it is.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my goal is to assist you in making realistic and sustainable changes for yourself. My role encompasses that of an accountability partner, resource provider, planner, and source of inspiration. I am a strategic second opinion with a holistic, outside perspective.
Specifically, the Integrative Nutrition approach examines five key areas of one’s life: relationships, career, nutritional health, physical health, and spiritual practice.

Below, I have included the link to a useful tool called the Circle of Life. It may appear daunting at first, but I challenge you to be honest with yourself about your level of satisfaction with each area of your life. On the scale, slide the indicator left or right, with the left side of the bar representing least satisfied and the right side representing most satisfied. Then, generate your circle. Your circle shows the relationship between different areas of your life. For instance, maybe your education and career satisfaction are both rated high, and you find that subsequently, your finances are as well. Maybe then you find that your social life rating is lower than you would like.
